Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced technical support engineer to join our team. As a senior member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for handling complex customer issues and driving them to resolution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and deploying hotfixes/patches for applications and web services. They will also possess excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle complex customer issues and drive them to resolution
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to improve product quality and reliability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product enhancements
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
Requirements:
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Linux (various distributions) and Windows Server environments
  • 3–4 years of experience in Networking, Security, and Certificate Management platforms
  • Strong background in managing, deploying, and applying hotfixes/patches for applications and web services
  • 2+ years of experience working with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management
  • Experience working with NoSQL databases (MongoDB preferred)
  • Practical knowledge of shell scripting or Python for automation and troubleshooting
  • Experience in Cloud environments such as AWS and Azure
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Good verbal and written communication skills for effective customer and stakeholder interaction
  • Certifications such as CCNA, Network+, RHEL, AWS, or Azure are preferred
