Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled property accountant to manage accounting processes and ensure financial accuracy for US-based clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sage Intacct, particularly in lease accounting, CAM reconciliation, and other relevant accounting practices.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to deliver timely and accurate financial reporting while supporting operational efficiencies.

Key responsibilities include serving as a liaison between clients and internal teams, collaborating on project execution, and providing expert guidance and accounting solutions.

You will manage recurring bookkeeping tasks for multiple clients, perform monthly and quarter-end close processes, and prepare quarterly financial statements within a 60-day window from the end of the quarter.

Additional responsibilities include training junior staff or clients in the use of accounting software and staying updated on US GAAP regulations.
