Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Intellectual Property Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide timely intellectual property inputs to stakeholders to ensure smooth product launch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct patent searches and file/prosecute patent applications to augment the patent estate.
  • Undertake due diligence of products to apprise stakeholders about key patent rights.
  • Offer insights in patent litigation and opposition to align with product strategy.
  • Identify new product opportunities and evaluate innovative ideas for patent protection/development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm)/Masters of Pharmacy (M. Pharm) with a Diploma in Intellectual Property Law.
