We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced legal professional to lead key IP-related matters, including prosecution, litigation, and advisory services. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned lawyer who can drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end IPR matters, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and designs.
  • Advise clients on IP strategy, protection, enforcement, and commercialization.
  • Draft, review, and file IP applications (national & international), oppositions, assignments, and licensing agreements.
  • Represent clients in IPR litigation and enforcement actions, including court appearances.
  • Conduct IP due diligence, freedom to operate (FTO), and infringement analysis.
  • Liaise with external counsels and authorities for cross-border IP matters.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, ensuring knowledge development and quality delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law (LL.B / LL.M).
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in IP law, preferably in a law firm or in-house legal team.
  • Strong legal drafting, analytical, and research skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling abilities.
