Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lawyer to represent clients in family law cases, attend court hearings, provide legal advice, draft legal documents, negotiate settlements, and conduct legal research.

This is a full-time, on-site role that requires a strong understanding of family law in India. You will work closely with our clients to understand their legal needs and provide expert advice to ensure optimal results. Your skills in legal research, drafting legal documents, and negotiating settlements will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in family law cases
  • Attend court hearings and provide legal advice
  • Draft legal documents and negotiate settlements
  • Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date with current laws and regulations
  • Client consultations and maintaining close working relationships

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Family Law, including litigation and advisory
  • Strong skills in legal research, drafting legal documents, and negotiating settlements
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to empathize with clients and understand their legal needs
  • Sound knowledge of current laws and regulations related to family law in India
  • Experience in representing clients in the Supreme Court of India is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a legal team
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution; a Master's degree is a plus
  • Membership in the Bar Council of India
