Job Title: API Testing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to perform manual and automated API testing, develop automation frameworks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and design test cases to ensure high-quality API releases.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. API Testing: Perform manual and automated API testing using tools such as Postman, Swagger, and Restsharp.
  2. Automation Frameworks: Develop and maintain API automation frameworks using languages such as Python or C#.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing tasks.
  4. Test Case Design: Design and implement test cases to ensure high-quality API releases.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 6-8 years of experience in API testing and automation.
  • API Protocols: Strong understanding of API protocols (REST, SOAP) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
  • Testing Frameworks: Experience with testing frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, or Appium.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
  • SQL Databases: Experience with SQL databases and query language.
  • DevOps Tools: Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices.
  • Agile Methodologies: Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
