Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Automation Specialist to join our team. As an Automation Specialist, you will design, develop and maintain automation test frameworks using C# and Selenium WebDriver.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop and maintain automation test frameworks using C#, Selenium WebDriver and relevant tools.
  • Write and execute automated test scripts for web, API and regression testing.
  • Develop JavaScript-based automation scripts where required for front-end validations.
  • Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
  • Collaborate with developers, product owners and QA team members to ensure high-quality releases.
  • Perform defect management, tracking and reporting using relevant tools.
  • Create detailed test cases, test data and documentation for automation coverage.
  • Identify test automation opportunities and contribute to automation strategy and roadmap.
  • Ensure test scripts are reliable, maintainable and reusable.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on test automation.
  • Strong programming skills in C# (must-have).
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for UI test automation.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript for automation scripting and front-end testing.
  • Experience with relevant tools for defect tracking and Agile project management.
  • Understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Good knowledge of API testing (REST/Soap) and relevant tools.
  • Experience integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
