Role Overview

This position involves overseeing the entire delivery lifecycle of Banking-as-a-Service solutions to enterprise clients. You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the delivery, from client discovery sessions to go-live activities, meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth client needs assessments to identify business, functional, and technical requirements.
  • Develop actionable delivery plans that cover integrations, deployment models, and compliance requirements, ensuring seamless implementations and minimal risk.
  • Lead solution design and platform assessments to guarantee scalability, security, and regulatory alignment.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, product, security) to deliver high-quality implementations that meet client expectations.
  • Support client integration, UAT, and go-live activities, providing expert guidance on best practices for infrastructure, automation, and security.
  • Manage project governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Document reusable patterns and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes.
Requirements
  • 4–7 years of experience in fintech, banking (SME/Retail/Core Banking implementation, risk platforms), or technology delivery roles.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Helm).
  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Pulumi), logging/monitoring tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana), and security best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
