About this Job

We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master/ Business Analyst to facilitate Agile processes and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have at least 8+ years of experience in Scrum Master role with a strong understanding of business processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and can bridge the gap between development teams and stakeholders effectively.

  • Strong Agile methodologies knowledge, including Scrum and Kanban
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Jira, Confluence
