Business Change Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to lead our transformation program. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful change management initiatives, leveraging established methodologies and tools to drive strategic plans and support implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver effective change management strategies, approaches, and plans in conjunction with project and client teams.
  • Leverage stakeholder engagement tools and techniques to communicate and educate stakeholders on the transformation program.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive training plans, facilitating workshops and training sessions to ensure seamless adoption of new ways of working.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to create alignment and support program success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in change management, with a proven track record of implementing successful change initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to design and deliver effective communication plans.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with ERP implementations and transformation change programs is highly desirable.
