Global Transformation Leader

We seek a seasoned professional to spearhead our transformation efforts.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of driving process improvement and strategic project management within complex, global organizations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing process improvements that drive business value and efficiency.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize transformation initiatives.
  • Leading strategic projects from concept to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Facilitating workshops and training sessions to promote process excellence and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role, including process improvement, transition, and project management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in successfully managing strategic projects and programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration or Operations Management.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Additional requirements include:

  • Experience working with various ERPs and technology systems.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to travel internationally for business purposes.
