Business Analyst Job Opportunity
A leading organization is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support the analysis of problems and related design tasks. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business challenges, identifying relevant business requirements for digitization, and ensuring that solutions meet specific business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct current state research, data gathering, and business analysis
  • Analyze data and create models to inform business decisions
  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
  • Define and prioritize business requirements and trace them into solution design
  • Evaluate costs, benefits, and obstacles of potential solutions

Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in banking, insurance, and financial services
  • Ability to lead or play a significant role in end-to-end digital transformation programs in Agile environments
  • Knowledge of health credit control transition
  • 4-year degree related to IT

Bonus Points:
  • Certification in SAFe methodology
  • Good communication skills
  • Exposure to requirement gathering, managing backlogs, generating business cases, stakeholder management, and market adoption efforts
