Job Title: Windows Infrastructure Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to provide expert-level support and maintenance for complex Windows infrastructure environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support Active Directory environments, including user/group administration, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and domain services.">
  • Provide in-depth expertise in Microsoft Exchange 2016 and Office 365 (O365) messaging platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email delivery, mailbox configuration, and server performance.
  • Administer and support Skype for Business environments, including integration and voice features.
  • Perform routine system maintenance and updates on Windows Server platforms (2008 to 2022).
  • Work with TCP/IP networking concepts for troubleshooting and system connectivity.
  • Ensure compliance with internal security policies and audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with network, security, and support teams for system integration and stability.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date system documentation, procedures, and recovery plans.

Requirements:
