Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

The Omnichannel Cloud Telephony Engineer will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency of all day-to-day dialer campaign operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Achieving daily contact objectives for clients through the utilization of best practices and software tools;
  • Implementing client-specific dialing strategies to meet penetration goals, target abandonment rates, contact rates, call volume, Average Handling Time (AHT), staff utilization, and minimizing average agent idle time;
  • Maintaining adherence to state and national regulation compliance;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in cloud telephony engineering with a focus on omnichannel solutions;

• In-depth knowledge of dialer campaign operations and management;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams;

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines;

• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, including but not limited to state and national regulations;
