We are seeking an experienced Telephony Expert to join our team.

  • This role involves multiple responsibilities including design, development, deployment and management of telephony technologies across the enterprise.

Skillset:

  • Must have skills: Cloud platform (Twilio Flex), ReactJS, HTML/CSS, Applications Development, AI
  • Secondary skills that desired on top of above: Cisco, CVP Call Studio/ICM Scripting, SQL, Python, CUCM,

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize telephony IVR, ACD & Dialer – systems, processes and staff using high-tech methodologies.
  • Design, develop, deploy, and manage Telephony, Call Center & AI technologies across the enterprise with expertise in various contact center technologies.
