Job Title: IT Asset Executive

We are seeking a skilled IT Asset Manager to oversee the procurement, coordination and maintenance of IT assets. This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely renewal of software/hardware licenses.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Source and coordinate with the procurement team to obtain network hardware and software from approved vendors.
  • Manage quotation requests (RFQ/RFP), price comparison, and vendor negotiations to secure optimal deals.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of IT asset inventory and licenses.
  • Collaborate with the IT operations team to ensure timely renewal of software licenses and warranties.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and invoices for audit purposes.
  • Evaluate vendors based on price, quality, and delivery performance to ensure optimal value.
  • Create and update procurement documents such as purchase orders (POs) and vendor agreements.
  • Maintain procurement compliance with company policies and external regulations.
  • Track delivery and installation of hardware; escalate vendor delays if necessary.
  • Collaborate with finance for payment processing and reconciliation.
Requirements:
  • Experience in hardware/network equipment procurement and management.
  • Knowledge of leading switch/IP phone brands, including Cisco, HP, and Fortinet.
  • Familiarity with software licensing models and agreements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and other procurement systems.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills to drive successful collaborations.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while ensuring high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with global vendors and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Electronics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in IT procurement or IT operations, preferably in a leadership or managerial role.
