Job Title: Agile Process Facilitator

We are a global organization that prioritizes agility and innovation. We're seeking an experienced Agile Process Facilitator to join our team in Chennai, India.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensuring smooth project execution and timely delivery.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  3. Develop and maintain the product backlog, working closely with stakeholders and team members.
  4. Identify and mitigate potential roadblocks, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  5. Provide coaching and guidance to team members on Agile principles and best practices.
  6. Maintain accurate records of project progress, including metrics and KPIs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in IT, with at least 4+ years as a dedicated Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
  • Certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM1) or similar qualification is preferred.
  • Experience working with Scaled Agile frameworks, such as SAFe, LeSS, or Scaled Scum.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a multi-site, multi-technology environment.
  • Proficient in English and skilled at working in a fast-paced Agile environment.
  • Knowledge of Agile & DevOps tools and practices, with understanding of the payments industry advantageous.
