Job Opportunity:

This is a senior role within our audit department specializing in commercial real estate audits.

As an Audit Senior, you will work closely with engagement teams and contribute to high-impact audits in the rapidly evolving industry of commercial real estate.

  • Perform and assist with audits, reviews, and compilations for clients in various industries under US GAAP and US GAAS.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and evaluate internal controls.
  • Assist with the coordination of daily duties including planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up.
  • Develop reasonable time budgets and coordinate audit requests to meet time constraints and client deadlines.
  • Mentor, train, and supervise junior staff members.
Requirements:
  • CPA (or in process) or CA with 3-5 years of experience within a public accounting firm or US auditing CPA firm.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including responsiveness to offices.
  • Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities are required.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well independently but also collaborate effectively with others.
  • Approaches projects with a sense of urgency and initiative.
