As a Senior Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for managing government interactions, regulatory affairs, and statutory processes. This role demands a proactive individual who can ensure smooth business operations through strategic relationship-building and facilitation.Key Responsibilities
  • Liaising with Government Agencies: Act as the primary contact between our organization and various government departments, local authorities, and regulatory agencies.
  • Facilitating Project Permissions: Ensure timely acquisition of all necessary project permissions, clearances, and NOCs (e.g., RERA, environmental, municipal, utility, fire, etc.).
  • Maintaining Professional Relationships: Build and maintain effective professional relationships with government officials, statutory bodies, and other key stakeholders.
  • Monitoring Regulations: Monitor and interpret changes in real estate regulations, zoning laws, land acquisition policies, and other relevant government procedures.
  • Implementing a Structured Process: Proactively prepare and implement a structured liaison process, including timelines, documentation standards, and compliance checklists.
  • Reporting Activities: Submit regular reports to senior management outlining liaison activities, risk factors, and the status of regulatory approvals.
