HR Operations Executive

Job Title: HR Operations Executive

Location: Khopoli, Maharashtra

Experience: 2-6 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attendee supervision and management of daily attendance marked by security personnel
  • Ensuring proper physical checks of employees at the security gate
  • Maintenance of factory premises cleanliness including washrooms, temple, garden, and other areas
  • Providing feedback to housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness standards
  • Conducting safety rounds to ensure employees are wearing provided safety gear and avoiding any safety hazards
  • Pantry management and snack list preparation with coordinated orders as required
  • Supervising pantry team to ensure materials are stocked and available
  • Water filter maintenance ensuring they are in good condition and functioning properly
  • Garden area supervision for daily watering of plants and general upkeep
  • Event support and coordination of necessary arrangements for factory events
  • Camera equipment maintenance and ensuring all security cameras are functional
  • First aid box maintenance and ensuring it is well-stocked with regular requisitions when supplies are low
  • Asset management resolving queries and ensuring proper management of all assets
  • Hooter supervision and testing as per schedule to ensure operational efficiency
  • Circular posting ensuring all shared circulars by the HR team are posted at the security cabin
  • Security personnel supervision and addressing any concerns or issues
  • Repair work coordination within the factory premises as needed
  • Vendor management maintaining contacts and ensuring smooth coordination for requirements
  • Time and resource management ensuring workers use breaks efficiently and avoid wastage of time and electricity
  • Stationery management and inventory with raised forms for departmental needs
  • Attendance register management and ensuring accurate records with up-to-date registers
  • Overtime monitoring and compliance with factory guidelines
  • Manpower arrangement and coordination for smooth factory operations
  • Lunch and snack orders supervision for timely delivery to clients

Required Skills:

  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Knowledge of factory operations, safety protocols, and maintenance
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with vendor management and handling HR-related queries
  • Proficient in maintaining records and managing schedules
