As a Senior Product Development Leader, you will play a key role in driving profitable growth and developing strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Growth & Commercial Excellence

Lead pre-sales engagements, negotiate commercial terms, perform market analysis, and inform pricing and product strategy to drive business expansion.

  • Customer Engagement & Strategic Partnerships

Develop customer-focused strategies, analyze customer potential, and establish long-term partnerships with key clients.

  • Technical Innovation & Collaboration

Work closely with Engineering and R&D teams to lead technical events, support documentation processes, and ensure alignment with customer needs.

  • Sales Acceleration & Market Expansion

Accelerate sales growth for electrical product lines, ensure standardized business terms, and participate in QCDD meetings to drive market penetration.

  • Data-Driven Product Strategy

Use customer and market data to craft targeted product development and go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Represent the company in strategic discussions, ensure alignment with customer and organizational goals, and plan innovation-led events to drive business success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or MBA
  • Minimum 4-5 Yrs of Experience in Product Management with B2B Sales in Electrical Industry
  • Proven experience in product management, sales, or business development in the Electrical & Electronics sector
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Technical background or familiarity with engineering and R&D processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze trends and translate them into actionable strategies
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
