Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to play a pivotal role in our enterprise-wide data transformation program. This position bridges the gap between complex business needs and technical data solutions, driving measurable impact on data quality, accessibility, and strategic decision-making.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in translating business requirements into actionable data specifications, contributing to data modeling efforts, developing insightful analytics, and fostering strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure data initiatives align with our strategic objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of the industry and a proven ability to navigate complex data landscapes.

  • Business Requirements & Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements related to data initiatives that support the enterprise-wide data transformation program.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI (or similar BI tools) to support ongoing data quality monitoring and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management & Process Design: Facilitate workshops and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for analytical or reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver high-quality data solutions that meet business requirements and drive measurable impact.
  2. Develop and maintain data models, analytics, and visualizations to support ongoing data quality monitoring and identify opportunities for improvement.
  3. Facilitate workshops, conduct UAT, and ensure seamless collaboration across functions to ensure data initiatives align with strategic objectives.
