Job Title: Tech Operations Manager

About the Role

This is a key position that requires an individual to oversee technical operations across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of technical activities, monitoring invoices for technical services rendered, and overseeing the repair and maintenance of various systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Operations: Oversee technical activities, ensure smooth day-to-day operation, and monitor our electricians and their scope of work.
  • Maintenance Management: Work closely with building management to monitor invoices for technical services rendered, keep track of maintenance practices of contractors, and ensure alignment with manufacturer recommendations and preventive maintenance standards.
  • Safety and Compliance: Perform routine inspections, inventory, and documentation of systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate daily and weekly summary reports on maintenance activities and provide insights for informed decision-making.
Requirements
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills to manage teams and vendors effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact with superiors, peers, subordinates, and vendors.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other equipment.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and generate reports for informed decision-making.
