UK Student Visa Counselor

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized UK Student Visa Counselor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and supporting students who wish to pursue higher studies in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Counseling: Handle first-level counseling for UK study inquiries, explaining visa requirements, application timelines, and documentation checklist.
  • Application Process: Collect and verify documents from students, submit files for document assessment via partners, and follow up with partners for offer letters and escalation of delays.
  • Visa Stage: Prepare students for CAS interviews (mock Q&A practice), fill and verify UK visa forms, and assist in arranging financials, education loans, and supporting documents.
  • Post-Visa Support: Support students in pre-departure activities (accommodation, ticketing guidance, orientation), maintain regular communication till student departs, and report pipeline progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills (English + Hindi/Gujarati).
  • Knowledge of UK study system (intakes, tuition fees, scholarships).
  • Organized with documentation and timelines.
  • Ability to explain financial requirements clearly.
  • Patient and student-focused.
