Job Description

The successful candidate will lead the delivery of commercial interior fit-out projects for global clients, overseeing all stages from briefing to handover. This includes coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, managing project plans, and ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, including site execution, commissioning, snag resolution, and client handover.
  • Develop and control project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources; maintain governance via change control and risk logs.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, designers, vendors, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, HSE, and building codes.
  • Resolve technical or contractual challenges in a timely manner; oversee accurate documentation from RFIs to variation orders and handover dossiers.
  • Deliver structured stakeholder reporting and maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field.
  • 8–15 years of experience in managing commercial or office interior fit-out projects, including high-value assignments.
  • Hands-on leadership of on-site teams and contractors, ideally with prior turnkey project experience.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
