Corporate Fit-out Project Manager

The primary goal of this role is to oversee multiple corporate interior fit-out projects from conception to completion. As the project manager, you will be responsible for implementing effective management frameworks, managing project budgets, and ensuring that all projects are completed within schedules while meeting client needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and implementing a comprehensive project management framework for corporate interior fit-outs.
  • Managing project budgets, including risk allowances, and ensuring that assigned projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
  • Coordinating teamwork between project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Overseeing the performance of delegated responsibilities by the design and project management/site delivery team.
  • Negotiating and coordinating with vendors and business partners throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Establishing formal reporting arrangements on project progress for clients and stakeholders.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the building construction industry.
  • Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.
