Job Overview:

We are seeking a senior commercial leasing leader to drive revenue growth and lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing teams, executing transactions, and driving business results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and grow the leasing business.
  • Maintain year-over-year revenue growth through effective execution of transactions and development of creative sales strategies.
  • Track key milestones, identify gaps, and implement solutions to improve business performance.
  • Monitor upcoming supply and identify early-stage opportunities through client meetings and market research.
  • Participate in large transactions and assist the team in closure.
  • Prepare annual and monthly target vacancy lists and identified client lists.
  • Closure exposure across asset classes.
  • Ensure key result areas are met by the team below.
  • Sales closures and overall team sales targets.
  • Team building and work monitoring.
  • Implement work, health & safety policies.

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of experience in commercial leasing or a related field.
  • Effective execution of transactions and development of creative sales strategies.
  • Reviewing lead funnels and priority marking.
  • Developing and implementing business plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Approving marketing communications and due diligence on market deals.
  • Handling research executives, managers, and levels below.
  • Regular client interaction and overseeing transaction documents.
  • Executing transactions successfully and dealing with issues and responding to clients.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and acquiring new ones.
  • Reviewing lead funnels and priority marking.
  • Advising creative sales strategies to the DM team.
  • Minimum 30 HNI/developer meetings per month and presenting monthly reports.
  • Ensuring trainings are done when required and meeting team targets and self-targets.
