Are you ready to take your operations management skills to the next level?

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our OSS Operations team, driving operational excellence, reliability, and automation across our OSS platforms supporting next-generation telecom networks.

As the Head of Building Operations, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end OSS operations and customer support teams, ensuring high availability, performance, and SLA adherence using ITSM and ITOM models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the OSS operations and customer support team to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and retrospectives to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Work closely with engineering and product teams to guide the evolution of OSS platforms towards cloud-native architectures
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives, automation strategies, and capacity planning for OSS systems
  • Lead and manage large teams, up to 100 members, in a multi-cultural work environment

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in OSS operations within telecom or large-scale IT environments
  • Rich experience with global companies in leadership positions with extensive international exposure
  • Inventory, FCAPS, Network Monitoring, Service Orchestration, and microservices-based architecture and container platforms (Kubernetes, Docker, Helm)
  • Good understanding of ITIL practices (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
  • B.E./B.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science, Electronics, or Telecom Engineering
  • Certifications in Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), ITIL v4, or relevant cloud-native tools are a plus
