Job Title: Infrastructure Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team as an Infrastructure Specialist. This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves designing, building, and managing scalable IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement IT infrastructure solutions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical guidance and support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams Infrastructure and Enterprise Voice.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure principles and best practices.
  • Experience in designing and implementing IT Teams infrastructure solutions.
  • Knowledge of network architecture and protocols.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
  • Experience with IT infrastructure operations, Microsoft 365, and other M365 components.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
