Project Manager Description:

This role involves handling incidents, ensuring service restoration and providing operational support across all cloud services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert in cloud operations.
  • Collaborate with the team to perform effectively.
  • Make key decisions and engage with multiple teams for initiatives.
  • Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure environments.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot incidents related to cloud services.
  • Manage the rollout of patches and the release management schedule.
Professional Skills:
  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python.
  • Good To Have Skills: Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure management.
