Job Description:

The Senior IT Procurement Analyst will facilitate the approval of all IT procurement projects within a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating IT procurement projects for internal clients and external stakeholders
  • Managing PR/invoice processing activities for Group IT, ensuring seamless operations
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of processing work through defined SLA based operations
  • Liaising with IT vendors and internal clients globally for IT procurement operations, resolving discrepancies efficiently
  • Providing procurement services to Functional/Business stakeholders within the company, utilizing Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Supporting IT RFx sourcing projects and vendor comparison analyses, identifying opportunities for cost savings
  • Supporting vendor onboarding assessments and ongoing reassessments, maintaining a repository of vendor contracts and procurement documentation
  • Coordinating with internal/external stakeholders, handling payment queries, and rectifying discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of vendor contracts, procurement, and invoices documentation, preparing periodic management reports
Required Skills & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as Procurement or Invoice analyst, preferably in IT Procurement space
  • Sound knowledge of IT industry procurements (e.g., hardware, software, services & telecom)
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data analysis and reporting
  • Working experience in vendor management, with excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of basic accounting practices and procurement/payment related tools and processes
  • Ability to process large volumes of requests and perform routine tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with vendors and cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in English
