Senior Front-End Designer & Team Lead Role

We are seeking a world-class Front-End Designer who doesn't just build beautiful, high-performing interfaces — but also leads by example. As our Senior Front-End Designer & Team Lead, you'll own the front-end vision of our digital platforms — while leading a small team of designers and developers.

Your primary responsibility will be to architect scalable, clean front-end codebases that meet the highest standards of quality and user experience. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with product and backend teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Vue.js. They will also have a deep understanding of UI/UX design, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility. Additionally, they should be familiar with design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.

We're looking for a talented individual who can balance high-level leadership with hands-on development. If you're a creative problem solver with sharp design instincts and the ability to manage and mentor a team, we want to meet you.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of front-end development experience
  • 2+ years in a leadership or team management capacity
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating end-to-end project execution
  • Ability to balance high-level leadership with hands-on development
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
