UX/UI Designer Opportunity

Establish a visually striking and user-friendly product experience by joining our team of skilled designers.

This role is ideal for those who excel in crafting engaging designs and possess the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers.

You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to translate business requirements into intuitive, delightful, and functional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes in Figma to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Lead user research and usability testing, gathering insights to refine designs.
  • Ensure designs align with accessibility, inclusivity, and responsiveness standards.

Design Principles

  • Create pixel-perfect UI components, layouts, and design systems in Figma.
  • Apply motion design or micro-interactions to enhance usability.
  • Maintain design consistency across web and mobile platforms.
  • Collaborative Design Process
  • Utilize tools like Figma's Dev Mode, Zeplin, or Storybook to provide engineers with clean assets and clear design specs.
  • Work collaboratively with engineers to ensure faithful implementation of designs.
  • Understand front-end fundamentals (HTML, CSS, basic React/Flutter concepts) to better communicate with developers.

Future-Proof Skills

  • Effectively communicate with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
  • Explore AI-assisted design tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Galileo AI, Uizard) to accelerate ideation and asset generation.
  • Use no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Framer, Webflow) for rapid prototyping and validation.
  • Contribute to maintaining and evolving a scalable design system.

Teamwork & Growth

  • Collaborate closely with senior designers to learn best practices and continuously improve your craft.
  • Stay informed on design trends, interaction models, and AI-driven design innovations.
  • Present design rationale and share work effectively with stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio showcasing expertise.
  • Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, dev handoff).
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, React concepts preferred).
  • Strong visual design sensibility with knowledge of typography, color, and grid systems.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with no-code/low-code platforms (Framer, Webflow, Bubble).
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Experience contributing to or managing a design system.
  • Motion/interaction design skills (After Effects, Lottie, Figma Motion plugins).
