UI/UX Design Lead

We're seeking an accomplished UI/UX designer to spearhead the design of our end-to-end communication and discovery platform. Powered by advanced AI, this platform offers secure instant chats, group discussions, dynamic communities, and seamless VoIP calls.

Built on a robust Zero Trust Architecture, our platform ensures maximum security by verifying every interaction and safeguarding user data at all levels. With on-device AI models, zero-day fraud detection, multilingual ASR, and personalized recommendations, we embody the essence of trust and innovation.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end design across mobile, web, and dashboards, working closely with cross-functional teams to craft trusted user journeys for millions.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop UX/UI design strategies that simplify complex flows and systems for users.
  2. Translate AI-driven security features into usable interfaces.
  3. Create, build, and evolve design systems, UI kits, and reusable components.
  4. Rapidly prototype and test concepts using various tools such as Figma, Framer, Rive, Miro, and Adobe CC.
  5. Collaborate with product, engineering, AI/ML, and marketing teams to drive project success.
  6. Evaluate accessibility, performance, and trust in every design decision.
Requirements
  • 8-12 years of experience in UI/UX or product design, preferably in startups/SaaS environments.
  • A proven track record of shipping B2C products and B2B platforms.
  • Experience designing complex systems, including dashboards, chat, calls, or fintech platforms.
  • Mentorship skills and ability to own end-to-end design delivery.
  • Bonus: Background in AI, security, telecom, or fraud prevention is highly desirable.
Key Skills
  • Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, Framer, Adobe CC, Rive, and other motion/interaction prototyping tools.
  • Strong understanding of responsive, performance-first design principles.
  • Familiarity with analytics/UX testing tools.

  • Empathy for emerging markets, multilingual UX, and fraud-sensitive users.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication in distributed teams.
