Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

We're looking for a talented Talent Acquisition expert to join our team As a key member of our recruitment process, you'll be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial interviews, and assessing their qualifications and fit for the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various methods, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Build Pipeline and Interview Process: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and design and refine interview processes to ensure an efficient and effective hiring experience.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, coordinating with hiring managers and teams.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
  • Reference Checks: Conduct reference checks to verify the accuracy of a candidate's work history and qualifications.
  • Offer Management: Assist in extending job offers, negotiating terms, and facilitating the hiring process, including background checks and onboarding.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Data and Reporting: Maintain recruitment data, generate reports, and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in technology/product recruitment.
  • Strong sourcing skills using various sourcing channels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • High levels of ownership and responsibility.
  • Technical understanding of technology, SaaS, and related domains.
