Job Title: Telecom Sales Executive

We are seeking a skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Telecom Sales Executive. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about selling telecom services and products.

Responsibilities:
1. Identify and target new business opportunities in the telecom industry, focusing on generating leads and closing deals.
2. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored telecom solutions.
3. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets in the telecom sector.
4. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients in the telecom industry.
5. Utilize various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online platforms, to generate leads and expand the client base.
6. Prepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
7. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
8. Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance against targets.
9. Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years experience in field sales is mandated.
2. Strong understanding of telecom products and services.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Proven track record in business development.

Benefits:
1. Fixed Salary: 30k to 33k CTC.
2. Petrol Allowance: Rs 7500 - per month.
3. Food Allowance: Rs 5000 - per month.
4. Performance Based Incentives.

The ideal candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, traveling extensively across the region to meet clients and build relationships.
