We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our campaigns and customer lifecycle activities for postpaid and prepaid segments. The ideal candidate will have experience in telecom sector campaign management, particularly with postpaid/prepaid customers.

The selected individual will design and execute end-to-end campaign strategies to enhance customer engagement and increase revenue. They will work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, convert them into technical specifications, and write user stories.

The successful candidate will collaborate with development teams to ensure successful product implementation. They will conduct regular system audits and propose improvements, as well as analyze complex datasets, extract insights, and produce clear, high-quality analytical documentation.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills, are essential for this role. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and reporting is also required.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field is necessary, along with English proficiency at a minimum B2 level. Experience in Campaign, CRM, or other customer-facing areas, as well as proven telecom sector background, are preferred.
