Job Title: Marketing Executive

A dynamic and detail-oriented professional is required to lead the execution of influencer marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and campaign tracking tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Identify and coordinate with influencers based on campaign requirements.
  • Manage communication with influencers regarding briefs, deliverables, timelines, and approvals.
  • Ensure campaign deliverables align with brand objectives.
  • Monitor live campaigns, track content performance, and flag issues proactively.
  • Compile campaign reports, performance trackers, and final delivery decks for stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage timely invoicing, documentation, and database management for influencer collaborations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing (internships included).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with influencers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver under tight timelines.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content formats, and campaign tracking tools.
  • A problem-solving attitude and eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment.
