Seeking a Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional to lead our digital marketing efforts and contribute to our AI-led transformation.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of omnichannel projects including email, web, paid media, analytics, and automation.
  • Translate strategic goals into actionable project plans, sprint schedules, and operating workflows.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including strategy, development, creative, and MarTech/platforms to deliver outcomes.
  • Serve as the central project manager across marketing automation, CRM/CDP, and analytics workstreams.
  • Track KPIs, milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Enhance process maturity by implementing governance standards, QA practices, and reusable delivery templates.
  • Mentor project specialists and foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in digital marketing or MarTech environments.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-stakeholder projects involving campaign operations, automation tools, CRM/CDPs, and performance reporting.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, HubSpot, or equivalent.
  • PMP or Agile certifications preferred; practical knowledge of sprint planning and cross-functional delivery required.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills across distributed/global teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable; comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • Passion for mentoring and building sustainable, scalable delivery practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives, product managers, engineers, designers, and external partners.
  • Strong understanding of data-driven decision making and the ability to drive business growth through data insights.
  • Ability to manage complex projects with multiple dependencies and timelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguous situations.
