Job Description

We are seeking an experienced mechanical design expert with a strong background in product design and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create innovative concepts, mechanisms, and coordinate prototypes for production approval
  • Have at least 6 years of experience in product design, including fire products design expertise
  • Develop and manage component lifecycle, with exposure to injection molding, sheet metal designs, and castings
  • Be proficient in 3D modeling using Solidworks or Creo, with hands-on expertise in FEM simulation and GD&T applications
  • Have knowledge of manufacturing processes, ECN/ECR, and SAP PDM systems
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience as a mechanical design engineer
  • Strong understanding of first principles and fundamentals
  • Experience in pneumatics and fluid dynamics is preferred
  • Mold and tooling design knowledge is a plus
