Job Title: Project Development Manager

A leading company seeks a highly skilled and experienced project development manager to oversee the successful delivery of complex projects from initiation to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in managing cross-functional teams, developing project plans, and ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, and scheduling.
  2. Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and support staff.
  3. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  4. Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  5. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their expectations.

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree in Mechanical or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in the mechanical engineering industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
