Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Engineer to join our team. As a Solution Engineer, you will be responsible for deploying solutions across global customer deployments, working closely with customers.

A leading AIOps platform provides instant, real-time actionable insights for managing multi-domain network and application infrastructures. By combining multiple sources of data into one easy-to-use platform, IT teams can troubleshoot network issues faster, avoid downtime, reduce MTTR and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Be a test expert on customer's operational analytics solution for networks, applications & security workflows;
  2. Take a hands-on role in the deployment of product to meet customer requirements;
  3. Collaborate with engineering team deployment plans for POC, and lead to completion of deployment;
  4. Improve the product features and quality through enhancement proposals and customer reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. 1+ years experience in python programming language;
  2. 1+ years experience in DevOps processes;
  3. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science / Information Technology;
  4. YAML Expertise: Proficiency in YAML syntax and its usage for configuration and data serialization;
  5. Exposure to public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure;
  6. Has a solid understanding and can demonstrate through daily tasks how the architecture, design, and data flow of the application they support for purposes of effective script design;
  7. Can read, develop, debug, and maintain simple to advanced automation scripts/code Independently.
