This role involves maintaining and enhancing the Automation Engine (AE) infrastructure. As an Automic Administrator, you will be responsible for version upgrades, agent deployments, and designing complex job workflows across multiple environments.
Main Responsibilities
- Upgrade the AE version, deploy agents, configure installations, and perform maintenance tasks.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Automic architecture and utilities.
- Design, develop, and implement automation workflows and job scheduling on diverse platforms.
- Create enterprise scheduling solutions in Automic, including dependencies, service level agreement management, and alert configuration.
- Develop design, release, and implementation documentation to support deployments.
- Improve job performance by optimizing resource utilization and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain Automic scripts to support automation processes.
- Monitor and manage Oracle Retail batch jobs to ensure reliability and performance.
