Description:

We seek an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our quality assurance function and ensure compliance with industry standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Quality Assurance function and ensure compliance with industry standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) as per ISO 9000 and other applicable standards.
  • Manage and renew licenses and ensure product quality meets certification requirements.
  • Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure adherence to customer and regulatory specifications.
  • Collaborate with production, maintenance, and R&D teams to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Prepare and present quality reports, audit findings, and performance metrics to management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing quality complaints, conducting investigations, and implementing improvements.
  • Lead and train the QA team to build a strong quality-focused culture across the plant.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the wire industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems, ISO-9000 standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
