Software Quality Assurance Engineer

As a Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure thorough testing of software products;
  • Identify and report defects in a timely and efficient manner;
  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and improve software quality;
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using JavaScript and other relevant technologies;
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality;
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance or related field;
  • Experience with automated testing tools and technologies, such as CodeceptJS and Protractor;
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively;
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies;
  • Knowledge of JavaScript and/or Java programming languages;
  • Experience with database management systems, including relational and NoSQL databases;
  • Experience with version control systems, such as Git;
  • Experience with mobile cloud providers, such as Kobiton or Browser Stack;
