Job Title: Operational Excellence Manager

We are seeking a seasoned project management professional to oversee the execution of cross-functional initiatives that drive business growth and IT alignment.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, scope statements, and timelines for diverse business and IT projects.
  • Define project objectives, success criteria, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Organize and lead steering committee meetings and project status updates to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Track and manage budget, resource allocation, and project performance metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Maintain and share project documentation with relevant stakeholders to ensure knowledge sharing and best practices adoption.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of project management experience across business or technology domains.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or Asana.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
