Operational Improvement Specialist
We are a management consulting firm that specializes in rapid efficiency improvements and operational excellence. Our clients are manufacturers and private equity owned portfolio companies in North America and Europe.
The Challenge:Our clients face complex operational challenges that hinder their growth and profitability. We help them solve these challenges through our expertise in process improvement and change management.
Key Responsibilities:You will work alongside our team of consultants and clients to deliver transformation objectives. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading project workstreams, transformations, and turnarounds
- Problem-solving technical manufacturing issues using structured methodologies
- Using facts and data to prioritize improvement opportunities
- Adopting a process-oriented approach to solving problems and breaking down large complex problems into smaller, manageable modules
- Driving change and improvements to the overall execution of client operations
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 4+ years of experience in a high-performance manufacturing environment
- 3+ years leadership and management experience
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in STEM, Operations, or Business
- Strong functional knowledge in one or more of the following: discrete manufacturing, project management, process automation, continuous improvement
