Job Title: Business Process Transformation Leader
">This leadership position plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across the region by effectively deploying strategic initiatives, establishing a high-performing agency network, and leading regional improvement projects.

- Harnessing Operational Efficiency:">
Implement standardized processes across the region to enhance operational effectiveness. Collaborate with regional teams to review and refine target operating models that align with regional requirements.
">Strategic Technology Deployment:">Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual processes and operational redundancies. Promote best practice sharing between agencies and facilitate technology adoption.
">Agency Network Management:">Develop and implement a high-performance mindset within the agency network. Monitor and coach agency managers to improve performance across the region.
">Regional Improvement Initiatives:">Lead regional improvement projects focusing on operational waste reduction, simplification, and efficiency gains. Engage stakeholders across the region to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
">Regional Deployments:">Deploy target operating models in challenging regional environments. Manage Country Manager expectations and ensure successful implementation of new tools and processes.
">Project Management and Collaboration:">Participate in global projects, working closely with HO teams to manage effective implementation. Provide regional specificities and process needs to support project success.
">New Cluster or Agency Setup:">Lead the setup and implementation of new regional clusters or agencies. Ensure alignment with business standards and operational targets.
">Requirements:

- A degree in Maritime Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain, or Business Management.">
- At least 3 years of managerial experience in project management and/or business process improvement.">
- Certification in LEAN Six Sigma, Project Management would be advantageous.">
- Strategic Vision: Ability to see the big picture and align operational processes with strategic business goals.">
- Change Management: Skilled in managing change effectively to drive the adoption of new processes and technologies.">
- Technology Acumen: Knowledgeable about new and emerging technologies, with the ability to identify and deploy relevant tools for process improvement.">
- Continuous Improvement Mindset: Proactive in identifying opportunities to reduce waste, automate tasks, and simplify workflows (Lean and Six Sigma knowledge).">
