Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Engineering Support Specialist II responsible for managing and updating the Aero lab across different sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various test solutions and equipment and ensuring they are up to date with calibration and certification requirements.

The Electronic Test team is responsible for electronic test activities on an avionics engineering program(s). The Engineering Support Specialist II works closely with different teams across Aero to update and review electrical, mechanical needs as per product specification.

  • Plan the lab layout for different types of test benches and explore opportunities for lab space optimization.
  • Plan electrical and Mechanical requirement of different labs across HTS site and support deployment of test benches in lab.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Key qualifications include:

  • 4+ years of industry experience in lab management with hands-on experience in equipment calibration, testing and maintenance.
  • Diploma or equivalent degree in Electrical engineering.
  • Hands-on experience on dealing with different teams across organizations for coordination of lab upgrade and maintenance.
