Job Overview

Ensuring the Smooth Operation of Cloud Infrastructure is a crucial aspect of our managed hosting services. As a skilled system administrator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity and security of our clients' systems.

This position requires an individual with expertise in Linux and AWS to oversee the smooth operation of our managed hosting platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Linux operating systems (e.g., CentOS, Ubuntu) and shell scripting.

  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability for our clients' systems.
  • Configure and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure to support our managed hosting services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Linux-based servers hosted on our managed hosting platform.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hosting requirements and provide technical support and solutions.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure seamless integration and delivery of our managed hosting services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a System Administrator in a managed hosting environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively with clients and team members.

Bonus Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and IAM.
  • AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified SysOps Administrator).
